You may return a product for refund within 30 days of the order shipment date for any reason.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind.
We will refund you for your purchase (minus shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and in "new" condition. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund back to the original payment method you used to purchase your order (Credit Card or PayPal).
If we shipped you the wrong item, or it arrived defective or damaged.
We're sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase. Just contact us and tell us what went wrong and we will gladly assist you.
How to Make a Return
Returns are easy! To return an item, click this link here. Enter your order number and zip code to look up your order. Select the item(s) and reason for return and click submit request.
How long do returns take to process?
Return processing time depends on the carrier's shipping speed. As soon as we recieve the package, we will quickly process the return. Usually within 24 hours. If you have not received a refund, please contact Customer Service with your order number for more information.
