You may return a product for refund or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date for any reason. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number).
If we shipped you the wrong item, or it arrived defective or damaged.
We're sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase. Just contact us and tell us what went wrong and we will gladly assist you.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind.
We will refund you for your purchase (minus shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, provided your purchase is in "new" condition. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund back to the original payment method you used to purchase your order (Credit Card or PayPal).
How to Make a Return
To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us. To request an RMA, please follow this easy 3 step procedure.
- Step 1 - Go to the contact us link on the bottom of this webpage or click here and select Return My Order.
- Step 2 - Wait for our reply to obtain the RMA number. (Usually within 24 hours.)
- Step 3 - After you get your RMA number, mail the package back to us using the following format.

How long do returns take to process?
Return processing time depends on the carrier's shipping speed. As soon as we recieve the package, we will quickly process the refund or exchange for you. Usually within 24 hours. If you have not received a refund after that time, please contact Customer Service with your RMA number for more information.
